I’m a photographer based in south-east London. I love to tell stories with my camera, so I shoot primarily in a documentary/ reportage style. And I enjoy capturing occasions, which is handy because - hey! - weddings!
I like to create a narrative, capturing an accurate story from the morning to the evening. I want the excitement and nerves everyone feels in the morning captured, the awkward laughing at the in-jokes during the speeches and craziness as everyone let's their hair down at the party. However, I always feel a bit shy talking about my work, so have a look and I’ll let the pictures do the talking. Head over to the blog section where you can see edits of various wedding's I've already done.
A bit about me: l live in London with my lovely wife, our beautiful young son and our overly affectionate tabby cat. Other than my family, my true loves are fanatically buying records, searching for the mythical gluten free savoury pies, reading a lot and generally anything nerdy. Music is particularly important to me, and was the reason I first picked up a camera way back in 1997 (update: as of Christmas 2016, I've started to learn guitar. I'll be available for weddings as a singer in 2022! Possibly.)
I’ve worked in the world of photography for well over a decade now, snapping away or editing various Conde Nast titles (such as Vogue, GQ, Wired, House & Garden, Tatler and Brides) covering fashion, travel and, yes, weddings….
I’m willing to travel anywhere in the UK, Europe and beyond, so give me a shout if you like what you see. I'll cover your whole wedding day from early preparation to late into the night, so get in touch via email for a very reasonable quote.
